The Art of Brilliance, by Mrs Woollam

Date: 22nd May 2021 @ 4:34pm

The children in Years 3,4 and 5 have been learning all about positive thinking over the past couple of weeks. Andy Cope (author of the Spy Dog books), has been busy inspiring our pupils and staff into thinking about the positives in life rather than focusing on the negatives. We discovered that actually, no matter how bleak the last couple of years have been, we have plenty to be grateful for.

Oak Leaves, by Mrs Woollam

Date: 8th May 2021 @ 6:12pm

In order for our newly revamped reception area to look truly amazing, I’ve enlisted the help of the children. Each child has been given an oak leaf to decorate . Once completed, all leaves will hang from the branches in reception. The brief was autumnal and stunning. I think those that have finished have more than met the brief, don’t you?

Word Millionaires, by Mrs Woollam

Date: 8th May 2021 @ 6:08pm

Our word millionaire badges finally arrived on Friday and were given out to the worthy recipients. Well done to all our millionaires. We are hoping more children will soon join the millionaire list as some are very close!

Changes, by Mrs Woollam

Date: 8th May 2021 @ 6:03pm

We thought you might like to see some of the changes happening in school at the moment from the new reception area to the organisation of the library. As the saying goes, ’a picture paints a 1,000 words.’

There will be more changes coming soon…….watch this space!
