As a whole school programme grounded in science and dedicated to building positive mental wellbeing, myHappymind helps children understand how their brains work and creates a culture that helps to build children's resilience, confidence, and self-esteem. myHappymind also teaches the children how to self-regulate and manage their emotions in stressful times, allowing them to be their very best selves!

What parents say about my happy mind at Alsager Highfields:
My granddaughter has selective mutism. myHappymind helps with the anxiety, she loves it.
My child enjoyed talking about a time when they were brave and showed us the medal they designed in school.
My child rarely talks in detail about their school day, but after the first myHappymind session, they talked all the way home about what they had learned about their body and mind. I feel happy my child is getting this information from such an early age to help them understand their emotions and mindfulness.
My child comes home, and when he has done myHappymind. He is very excited to come out to tell me when I pick him up. He says he really enjoys it. It has helped with regulating at home. When there are times of frustration amongst all my children (I have two other children, and all three can become tormentative towards each other), we spend a minute to help regulate emotions, and it has worked very well.
