Leadership Programmes

A range of staff from across all the schools in our trust and beyond, have recently completed our bespoke ‘Step into Leadership’ programme. We delivered this over 5 months for two cohorts based on geography, one for schools in the Nantwich area and the other around Alsager. Colleagues from both the primary and secondary phases explored leadership issues ranging from vision, leadership styles, how to develop others and many more. A huge thanks to Ms Bentley, Mr Whitehead and Mrs Martin for all their hard work in designing and facilitating the programmes. Feedback from all the staff involved was very positive.
